I got sent this video today '44 Bodyweight Exercises'. Quick go check it out, it is only 5 minutes long and shows some hardcore bodyweight exercises that are GREAT for people looking to get fit FAST!

Personally I probably can't do half of these exercises today, but my aim is to see how many I can do by the end of the year, so stay tuned...


V-Position Holds

Today I planned to go to the gym, but for a few different reasons I couldn't make it, so I took inspiration from this video and did a quick 20 minute bodyweight session (albeit with a kettlebell), here's my routine, I did sets of 8 repetitions and looked to see how many rounds I could do in 20 minutes (I did 4 and half - the TGU's take the time!):

  1. Kettlebell Swings
  2. Spiderman Pressups
  3. Goblet Squats
  4. Turkish Get Ups (TGU)
  5. V-Position Holds

Sessions like these are great for fat loss and conditioning, so check out the video and construct your own!
